At Chatsworthflowers, we strive for perfection in every petal; however, if your floral arrangement or home decor item arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return window for eligible products. Please note that due to their perishable nature, fresh flower returns must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

Provide Documentation
For quality concerns or shipping damage, please attach clear photographs of the flowers or home goods to help us assess the claim.
Package and Ship
For non-perishable home items, securely repackage the product in its original box and use the provided prepaid shipping label to send it back to our studio.
Receive Refund or Replacement
Once your return is processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement arrangement immediately.
